Our Platinum Service is a fully inclusive managmeent service designed for first time landlords and those wishing us to manage all aspects of their property for a fixed fee. This way you know exactly how much rent you will receive each month.
Gold Service is a more traditional management service and can be readily tailored to you needs and requirements. Most people opt for this level of service as it provides excellent value for money whilst giving you the peace of mind to know that your property is being looked after in a professional manner.
For anyone wishing to take a more active part in managing their property the Silver service is ideal. We fill do all the work involved in finding and referencing the tenants leaving you to collect rent and manage the day to day aspects of the tenancy.
